Marcus Monaghan

Marcus Monaghan hails from the UK and moved to Greenwood in 2011. Prior to joining the Greenwood Realty team, Marcus enjoyed a successful real estate career with another local brokerage. Marcus has over 25 years experience in customer service and marketing roles. Marcus and his wife Anna have two boys, two dogs, and two cats. Anna is an accounts clerk for Fuji-Film and her family owns Hobby & Garden Center here in Greenwood. Marcus serves in the community with Emerald City Rotary Club where he is President Elect, he is also a lieutenant in the Civil Air Patrol, and serves in the production team at New Spring Church.

Marcus brings a very polished and creative marketing approach to real estate, and isn't afraid to try new strategies. Marcus holds himself to a high professional and ethical standard and has built great relationships with his clients as well as his fellow agents, local lenders, and attorneys and this has helped him build a successful career in Real Estate.
